Report Damaged Product: If your item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Provide Proof of Damage: To proceed with your return or refund, kindly send us the following:
Clear photos of the damaged product
A short video showing the damage
Your order number

Refund Process: Once we receive your damaged product report, we will review the photos and video. If the damage is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
Return Shipping: In case a return is required, we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged items.
Please Note:
Requests made after 24 hours of receiving your order will not be eligible for a refund.
Ensure all photos and videos clearly show the damage for quicker processing.
